How do you get to Île Grande without a car?
Île Grande is about 15 minutes from Lannion station and about 1h20 from Brest airport. The local bus runs only a few times a day, so after a late train, early in the morning or on a Sunday, a booked taxi is the simplest way. I drop you at your exact address on the island, campsite, holiday home or B and B. I work directly with local campsites: Camping municipal du Dourlin on Île Grande, Camping L’Abri Côtier in Pleumeur-Bodou and Camping L’Espérance in Trébeurden.

From Île Grande and Landrellec, you never pay more than: Lannion station €41 by day and €58 at night, Roscoff ferry €172 and €255, Brest Airport €225 and €340, Rennes €413 and €615. Both ways.
Condition: a direct trip, with no detour and no stop. If you ask me to make a detour or stop on the way, the taxi meter applies.
Day: 7am to 7pm, Monday to Saturday. Night: 7pm to 7am, plus Sundays and French public holidays all day. Metered at the official Côtes-d’Armor rate. For short rides along the coast, the booking page gives you an instant estimate. Payment by card, cash, bank transfer or Wero.

What to seeÎle Grande in a few lines
Sheltered beaches like Pors Gelen and Toul Gwen, granite sculptures along the coastal path, the LPO bird station, and a walk of about 7 km around the island on the GR34. From the island you can see the Radome of Pleumeur-Bodou.
Arriving and leavingStation, airport, ferry
I pick you up at Lannion station, Brest airport or the Roscoff ferry and take you back at the end of your stay. The RAV4 has a large boot for suitcases, backpacks or a folded bike.
